"This is a real Japanese luxury experience. From the entry to check out one is treated with the upmost service. Traditional attire is provided. Our traditional room with balcony ofuro overlooking the lake was superb. The traditional dinner setup in the bedroom was exceptional. The onsen is fully equipped with a variety of pool temperatures and Pola amenities. We highly recommend the full experience including dinner."

"The location of this villa was perfect. There are a lot of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The home came with a lot of amenities including toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen utensils etc. The only thing missing was a rice cooker which was minor. It was a comfortable stay for a family of 5. The stairs were steep so that's something to keep in mind for families with small children or elderly. "Operation and facility-wise is 5-star Hyatt standard. Plus, the fuji speedway and car racing theme makes it a heaven to car enthusiasts. A bit pricy because it is a Hyatt hotel but I feel like its excellence makes every penny worths"
