"Ideally overall it was an experience and thanks to the new people i met but this hotel had so many hidden agendas that it almost was impossible to enjoy , i informed them via Expedia it was my birthday i had seen videos on social media of people staying here and receiving welcome gifts such as totes , robes, birthday cakes and champagne.. upon arrival i wasn’t aware of an additional $200 making my incidental $400 also when asked about the robes they stated that they were for VIP guests . They barely even said happy birthday but wanted to offer a room upgrade for an additional $50 so although i made the best of my time and aside of the pool i probably wouldn’t stay here again .. a lot of changes need to be made and if your spending $1000 plus you should def be treated as an vip would . "
"Property was well maintained, pool bar was great with great music, friendly bartenders. Restaurants were ok but expensive. Drinks also at all the bars were expensive. It’s a great resort just come ready to SPEND. The restaurants outside of the resort were GREAT!!! Great authentic puerto rican at a fraction of the cost. An uber cost max. Of $12 to any restaurant.
Palomino beach was great with food and drinks available. "
