I had a lovely welcome, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower. The hotel is in a quiet village on the river (not accessible from the property), next to a temple/ashram that you can visit which has access to the river. I enjoyed a treatment at the Ayurvedic centre with a friendly doctor Anjali and a skilled therapist.

"Room was excellent. When I asked them for a room with 2 beds they obliged and provided the room that I asked. The room is in excellent condition and everything was working. Service also is very good. I just tried their buffet breakfast and it had so many items to choose. Overall i recommend this hotel to stay in Varanasi "

"On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved.
1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr.
2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad....

"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats.
The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "

Clean rooms with great ventilation and power backup Excellent hotel for family . It was neat and clean , location was on main road ,all were very helpful and caring.
Except non functioning of wifi all was excellent.
