"Third stay here, and the spa, rooms and breakfast were wonderful as usual. Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room."

The room was ok but we would love to see more hooks on the wall for clothes and towels, that is for both the room, showers and bathrooms.
The kitchen was fully equipped besides from not having a kettle, we had to boil our tea water on the stove.
The breakfast was good, it had everything we needed.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff just need to clean better underneath the beds. "

"This hotel is so friendly and comfortable. There is tea and coffee and cookies in the cozy lounge during the day, and a lovely little reading nook too. My 'small single' room was very well designed and furnished. The breakfast choices were numerous, with many fresh and healthy selections, plus some hot options. All of the hotel staff were warm and friendly, especially Meghna. The location is superb as well. Handy, and yet just off of the main street and pedestrian area. Bravo!"
