Family Hotels in Paraguay

Hotel Westfalenhaus and it’s restaurant, and staff are unique one of a kind hidden gems located in Asunción Paraguay. I have stayed at the hotel from 2011-Present day, and I have enjoyed every stay.

Hotel staff was very courteous and knowledgable.

The hotel is beautiful, and is in a very convenient location for someone with business in Asuncion. The staff was very helpful, and even though there was not always an English speaker present, they went out of their way to help and find answers. The room was very clean, very-well appointed, and serviced by housekeeping daily. The breakfast and lounge areas are very beautiful and spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff, very large room and bed. Wonderfull breakfast, I would guess a family owned hotel with attention to details. I wish I stay longer, but had an airbnb booked. Will definitely come back !

Stayed there for 2 nights over the long holiday weekend ending 3/May/2015 and our experience was wonderful. Arrived well before check-in time, hoping to drop off luggage before heading out to Iguazu Fall across the border in Brazil. The staff was marvelously efficient and friendly. The room was ready and they checked us in right away, even though we had arrived so early. Excellent reception. Very thorough on amenities. Went beyond expectations by providing birthday cake for my husband, unbeknownst to me! Highly recommend this hotel.

I spent 2 nights in this Hotel. Truly excellent. Great and knowledgeable staff. good buffet breakfast. Ultra clean facilities. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Extra comfy bed, beautiful bath, water pressure is great. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the bar they plan to open.

Nice room, efficient staff, a little noisy as I could hear the traffic in the morning. Couldn’t charge my laptop as there was no 3-prong plug outlet on the wall. Good breakfast.

Right across the Shopping del Sol (heard it's the biggest in Asuncion), and two great restaurants (Piegari and Entrecote). Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice gym and spa in the terrace. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Friendliest staff!
