The rooms are very well maintained, the neighborhood desirable, the food top notch, and the service equivalent to that of the priciest properties in the priciest cities. Absolutely a must-stay in Abidjan!

This is an apartment hotel. We had a 2 bedroom, one bath, modern luxury apartment with a full kitchen, and combined dining area and livingroom. The beds were so comfortable and the only reason to get out of bed was to get the varied and delicious breakfast awaiting us. The apartment had a wraparound balcony with access from the bedrooms and livingroom. Really nice unit.

Staff was spectacularly helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and fairly well equipped. It's definitely a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel, but that's a plus to some. Downside is no gym, but there is a nice pool and garden. Location is great as many restaurants are walking distance and many organizations and businesses have offices nearby. Breakfast is good (fresh fruit, bread, coffee and juice) and they're flexible on timing. Would go again. Very good internet, which is a huge plus.

Yes, everyghing was great. From the clean room tk the staff and amenities and the landscape. The only thing i found a little less exciting was the breakfast, that could have been a little better with some healthy brown bread, cheese and nuts, etc... but overall, excellent place to stay. After tenovatikn it will become more shinning and stunning.

Occasionally there is no water supply, and electricity supply.

Everything is ok. It's my second visit to ibis mercury. I will stay more time.

The accommodations were very good but I spent considerable time with the hotel that could not get Paid from Expedia.
