"Tour buses and vans use a different entrance (farther from registration desk) than limo/taxis. Floor plan can be a bit confusing at first, especially arriving very tired at night."

"The extra paid for the Butler's Pantry option was not good value. There was extremely little in the way of snacks which were not replaced, and by evening there was virtually nothing there. The room itself was very cold and not pleasant to sit in. In the main breakfast dining room there were no cups and drinking glasses which had to be requested and then it took a long time for only a few to come and those were quickly snapped up. Floor of the room was not clean."

"Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Cairo was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single team member we encountered was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning—immaculately clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed. It feels like a private oasis right in the middle of Mirage City. We were blown away by the dining options; all the food was really good, whether we were grabbing a casual breakfast or enjoying a fine dinner. Every meal was fresh, expertly prepared, and delicious. A major highlight of our trip was the recreation. I thoroughly enjoyed playing on the 27-hole championship golf course, which was perfectly manicured and offered a fantastic challenge. The pools were also incredible, especially the unique wave pool at "The Beach" area, which provided hours of relaxation and fun. Truly, everything was amazing during our time here. This resort perfectly combines world-class amenities with exceptional hospitality. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo!"
