Unfortunately the property could have been better maintained. Toilet and bathroom doors didn't shut properly, the shower had very limited headroom and the ageing air conditioning unit was noisy. I'm not convinced that the hotel offers good value for money but I do like the location. "

"This was a lovely stay. The owners were very welcoming and happy to give ideas of what to do etc. the room was spacious and well decorated. Swimming pool is always welcome and the outdoor area was a lovely space for breakfast. Only issue for me was the parking as space is limited and my hire car was not easy to manoeuvre! Sete is a busy town in the Summer but with 12 Kim’s of beach it was easy to find a quiet area"

"Nice hotel definitely worth the money. The bare-bones room was efficient if not homey. Our dogs were made welcome too.
The food truck offering dinner is a nice touch. The hotel sits on a narrow street between two drawbridges and the port. Not much street appeal but the off street parking is a plus. And the canal is only a block away with harbor views."

Nice comfortable bed. Access to the parking quite tight for big cars, but great once you are in the secure parking compound.
