"Very much enjoyed our stay. Views of the harbour are outstanding. We were on the 13th floor so train noise didn’t bother us. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice. The special choice of 2 or 3 course dinner for hotel guests was superb so we did it 2x. They do the same one 2 days in a row, then change it, so be careful of that. They give you a glass of sparkling wine with it. Very nice staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Forgot to mention to go to Central Station and buy a train pass. We asked what to get and they suggested $35 purchase. We used it a lot, including a return trip to Manly on the ferry from Central Quay."
"The hotel was great. The staff were clearly happy working there as everyone had a smile on their face and greeted you and very helpful. I have one issue, while the food in the dining room was good, the menu they served in the bars on the same floor as the lobby, were just average. Selection was minimal and not that good. Perhaps it was because their chef and his crew had 2 weddings, large lunch for a group in the lower area, and so many meals to make. "
"Gorgeous building with a great staff and amazing location, we were also upgraded for free which was the cherry on top of such an exceptional experience"
"Room was clean and modern. Staff were very warm and welcoming. While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. An excellent example of what good service requires. "
