"People and sincere hospitality - that’s what differentiate “good” service from “great” There are many good hotels in the Wod, but quite a few really “great” hotels Super friendly and super helpful stuff, amazing breakfasts, great location - all in place … but what makes this place and its service impeccable - people. You feel more like a personal guest rather than another customer This case when you ready to give 6 or 7 out 5 stars available "
