"Spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfy and spacious room. Large bathroom which was very nice. Stayed here for a wedding. The gardens are beautiful and hotel is in a lovely location in the countryside. Therefore a peaceful setting. Breakfast was good. There was a good selection of food choices "

"What an amazing hotel. Staff are brilliant, food is brilliant, rooms are a little quirky what you would expect for such an old building. Went for a weekend birthday dinner and was blown away by the food and the staff. Pink roast lamb cooked to perfection. Substantial breakfast of eggs and bacon. Staff friendly and eager to assist. Highly recommended."

"I couldn't fault this stay (aside from paying 8 pounds for parking on top of the room). The room was good value for money, excellently appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely modern bathroom. It was also very quiet in spite of being near to a main road. The hotel has a modern feel and feels fresh and bright. The staff were superb - all very friendly and welcoming.
