"The hotel was great and conveniently located near everything. The staff were very helpful—every time we returned to the hotel with shopping bags, they would carry them for us and even help bring them up the stairs. Even in the heat, they offered us water to keep us hydrated. It felt very safe and truly like a home away from home."

"The room was very cleaned, and cleaned every day of our stay. The staff were kind, helpful, and very informative about events or how to travel in the area. If I could stay longer, I would choose this hotel again. Check-in and Check-out were very simple, you can use either kiosk or front desk (if a person is there). Towels were changed everyday, room claned, garbage thrown away, and free water bottles. Very nice place. Thank you!"

"Great hotel all round, handy location from metro and walking to some main sights. Shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing), bottles of water provided every day, tea and coffee in the room. Great selection at breakfast for both Asian and Western tastes. All staff were really friendly. The only improvement for me would be to speedup the elevator..... it takes ages to arrive."

"The hanok stay was very clean, and the contactless check-in and reception were run efficiently, so there was no inconvenience at all. Amenities were available in the lounge, where you could simply take what you needed, making it easy to relax quietly without running into anyone. Milk, cereal, and water were generously provided, and although I would have appreciated a bit more bread in the morning, it was fine overall. The only drawback was that the space felt too narrow. "Stayed here November 2025 for 6 nights as a solo female traveller Hotel was clean, room always warm, lots of storage space, free to use washing machine and airers, free WiFi. About 10 minute walk from Euljiro 4 subway stop which links to main subways in Seoul making travel easy. Area felt really safe to walk around and close to Myeongdong and other tourist areas. 7eleven only 2 minutes away from the hotel. Perfect stay for my first time in Seoul and hope to return in the future! "

"Arrived late at night (1am) and there wasn’t any signage. Our driver was about to leave us in the middle of a dark alley in what I would call a “sketchy” area. When we finally found the “hotel” it was easy to check in using the automated process and we climbed into bed only to realize there is a giant green exit sign above the door illuminating the entire room.
