"After a long travel we had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Bulawayo. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very tidy, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. Breakfast offered a small but good selection of food, which was enjoyable. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bulawayo.”"

"No kettle to make hot cup of tea, no milk, no tea or coffee, No toilet rolls No dust bin Sheets were not changed they showed someone had slept on them. A very dust room Shower floor slippery,not scrubbed it was dirty"

"Better than the photos. Beautiful lawned area with great variety of trees. Room very clean with air con, comfortable beds and huge shower room. Everyone so helpful. Liz the manager is very friendly and her chef and team excellent. Water, milk and tea provided on arrival. Fridge in room. We ate there every night. Good home cooked meals. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks at the bar. Breakfast menu great and cooked to order. Good security. We would return if ever in Bulawayo again."
