"Outstanding Stay with Matterhorn Views We had a fantastic stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt in January 2026. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent — filling enough to last us through a full day on the slopes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, and our room had a clear, stunning view of the Matterhorn. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely book here again on our next ski trip to Zermatt."

"A short but uphill walk from train station they have transport but it’s 5 Swiss francs a person but a doable walk with a carry on bag Breakfast was sumptious , quiet area but no t close to any restaurants but Zermatt is a small but beautiful town so everything is in walking distance "

We had the Alpine Chic room, which was just lovely - with a view of Matterhorn from the balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer. The best hotel so far on our travels across Switzerland."

"The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. From the balcony you have a nice view to the mountains and it is sunmy in the afternoon. The chairlifts are 500 meters away and there is a small bus to nring us close tothe mountains. Breakfast is good and complete before a ski day. Would definitely recommend "

"The property was great. The Breakfast was good. The property was near the city center. The hotel offered a paid service to the train station. Otherwise, it was a 10-minute walk to get on the train. We would use the hotel again if we were back in Zermatt."
