"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "The village of Hook Norton is lovely. The Pear Tree Inn is a Hook Norton Brewery public house, the room was fabulous, the location central to the Cotswolds, Hook Norton Brewery and Cotswolds Distillery 3 minutes walk and 15 minutes drive, respectively. Not a pub serving food, but that was not a problem. Wonderful gardens and open spaces, definitely good value and we plan to return again on our next trip. Accepts pets, lovely friendly staff, good beer, clean room and super location."
