"Nice, old-style hotel with big rooms, a restaurant and no elevator (in the "house" - I think there is one in the tower). Friendly, helpful staff and the walk to the Christmas Market is about 15 minutes."

"Overall a very good experience: hotel has all of facilities (parking, restaurant, spa & indoor pool (under payment), and very polite and friendly staff. Breakfast is really nice and tasty. I tried also restaurant and the menu was tasty and varied. Good quality of mattresses. Also waking distance from the city center."

"Nice staff "

"This was a father/daughter run guesthouse and they were very accommodating. The rooms are good sized and very clean with everything needed for a good stay, including tea, coffee and bottled water. There is no elevator but they graciously helped bring our suitcases upstairs. The breakfast (included) was excellent. This was more like staying with friends at their house."

"Location was the best point for us, as we came for the Shakespeare Festival."

"Spotless hotel in a central location. Staff were lovely and the beds were soooo comfy. Stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Would book again. "
