"Excellent hotel with great facilities and kitchen. The best thing though is the service, truly world class - from reception, the restaurants and especially the bar. Will be coming back many times."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

We arrived late and there was a nice vending machine available where you could choose dryed sausages and even a variety of beer an wine!! We were pleased with our room and especially with the thoughtful service from the owners."
