We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The hotel restaurant was outstanding - a lot of the diners were locals which is a good sign. Had I not been on a tight time schedule, I would have loved to try their breakfast."

"Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center."
