"What a wonderful experience we had at this gorgeous boutique hotel. Firstly, the manager Alina did all she could to make our stay memorable, she made sure our every need was met. The room was sumptuous with a terrace overlooking the ruins and the location is excellent in the old historic area close to Villa D'este. I walk with a cane and there are stairs to the room but I managed fine taking it slowly. The open parking area was a few minutes walk from the hotel but apparently the space is...

"Hotel was fine. They would try to service your room way too early and then tried to refuse house keeping to us when requested at 11am. After I kept asking questions regards to why they can’t still service our room, someone finally said they would at 5pm. Their shower was leaky "

"Hotel is though at distance from city but there is a bus stop just at 200 meters with regular bus service to Rebibbia and then 15 minutes metro journey to Roma Termini. Hotel is good but reception staff and Kitchen staff service is amazing. Ilenia at Reception helped on Public transport, guided very well on Rome attractions and helped on Taci booking for odd hours flight. Room cleaning service is good. There is a nearby Gym as well.
