"It’s a lovely luxury vacation resort. Beautiful, well equipped. Shower is very powerful (not all hotels have that). Outdoor Onsen bath per room with sea view is the best. "No attendant at the check-in, no staff in the hotel thru out my stay. You have to call their sister hotel and ask the staff to walk over for check in, then you are on your own. "

"We stayed here with elderly parents. It’s very close from the station and easy to find. The man (sorry I didn’t get his name) at check-in was extremely thorough in explaining everything and friendly yet professional. We had a private bath in our room, but mainly visited the main baths. I didn’t realize they had this “Radon onsen” which had many health benefits. The dinner was HUGE and amazing. The breakfast was just was good. The service was great, too. The coffee in the lobby was also great....

"I would come back. Room was great, but surprised there was no bathtub in the room, since it is in the photos. I would have paid more for that had I known. View is incredible, and worth it for that alone. The onsen is fine, but not overly exceptional. The staff is excellent with heartfelt delivery.
