"The location of this hotel is perfect. Just over 5k from the centre of Luxor but a different world. The gardens are beautiful and it is so peaceful. There is no hassle and you can wander round the grounds without being bothered The rooms are spacious and very clean There is enough choice for breakfast and for your evening meal The staff are very professional and cannot do enough for you. English is widely spoken and understood We loved this place so much that we have booked another week later in December "

"This is a convenient hotel with a short walk to the river ferries and easy pick up for visiting West bank sites. Lots of food options nearby and a beautiful roof top with 360 views of downtown Luxor and the nearby mountains. Highly recommend for fair price. "

"Very clean and updated rooms. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. The AC's worked perfectly. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Easy to find and just a quick 4 minute walk to the water. There are many restaurants in the area."

"The staff/owner/manager made you feel very welcome upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. They helped to carry our luggage to our rooms. There is no elevator, only stairs, but it wasn't too bad. The hotel is right on the water. The wifi was good. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The AC worked perfectly on warm days. The hotel offers airport transfers at reasonable costs, as well as other tour services (Nile cruises and Hot air balloons, etc) They also offer laundry services, but it was very pricey. There is a local laundry services 2 blocks away that is much more reasonable. They have a restaurant with delicious food and amazing views of the nile; the prices were very reasonable. Their free breakfast was delicious. There is a small market at the entrance of the hotel which we stopped by everyday for bottled water, sodas, etc. Motorboat transportation is just a 2 minute walk away. They will take you to the east bank. One-way cost is about 100 EGP before small tip. This hotel easily scores a 10/10 for me. We hope to return again some day. "
