"To begin, we booked a stay at the Comfort Inn and the hotel changed to Spark by Hilton and we were never informed. Room did not have glasses, coffee maker, ice bucket. Literally a bed and towels. Luckily we didn't plan on doing laundry as laundry was out of order. In general, the hotel is subpar and that was not the review the Comfort Inn had received when we booked it."

"A great spot to stay close to Shenandoah and the Blue Ridge Parkway! This place did the job and was in a good location. My only negatives were that the hallway smelled like cigs and there were only two pillows on the bed. Still not a bad place for the price!"
