"I brought my sister to Nashville for her 49th birthday and I am so glad we stayed here at The Graduate. It is the most Darling place that we have ever stayed at. Not only was the hotel so cute, but the staff here were so pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the beds very comfortable. "Staff was excellent! Hotel smell and look clean even though it wasn't brand new. The area wasn't the best but did have quick access to the Interstate. Breakfast was ok wish they had bacon and potatoes for those of us who don't eat sausage or eggs."

"Fantastic stay with Homes 2 Vanderbilt. My third trip of 2025 and I’ve stayed there each time. In June, around Halloween and more recently a 17 day excellent stay over new year escaping a week or so before the ice storms. A brilliant hotel witg excel staff facilities and buffet breakfast. Highly recommended and only an $9 Uber to get uptown. Also 176 yards from the Sliderhouse. Best local bar around. "
