"A nice hotel. The garden rooms, which my friends were staying in, were smaller but better configured than our room in the main building. All in all a pleasant stay."

"Room was clean. Staff were helpful, Plenty of parking round the back"

"Exceeded our expectations, high quality bedding you only get at hotels twice the price. Full English was exceptional."

"Very new, lovely hosts absolutely dog friendly, our dog had his own breakfast everyday! It is rural, so sometimes internet glitches, but we were there over a stormy weekend and the electric substation across the road blew up. Power was back on very quickly."

"Nice staff. Good location 👌"

"We had a wonderful weekend here. We cycled round the breathtaking Lake Vrynwy and came back to a soak in the hot tub. The next day, we visited the stunning Powis Castle with beautiful gardens. We would love to come again. The cottage was lovely. "

"It felt like a property that had been reopened after being closed for years. No attention to detail. No tv in bedroom. Vastly overpriced for what it is and provides."

"Had a lovely time, my wife and I had a great chill, hot tub was great, very quiet. Daniel is a nice guy."

"This was our third stay at this hotel; we appreciate the helpful and welcoming staff and especially the lovely breakfast. Access to a large car park is a bonus. I'd heartily recommend the Wynnstay."

"Very friendly staff on arrival. Room was great and the shower and bath were superb."

"Clean rooms, great views and really perfect for a quite relaxing break"

"It was a pity that the property that was described as at Welshpool. it was not and there was no bus service. The cost of a taxi was prohibitive. The Hotel in Welshpool refused my debit card by processing it incorrectly. I spent the night in a shed of an abandoned house. Enjoyed the breakfast at the Greggs in Welshpool the next morning."

"Room very clean staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast very very good"

"No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. A basic but clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice. Good parking."
