I have to call and the man running the place was super helpful and came over quickly even though it was 20:30 and the mix up was not his fault, hotels.com took my booking and charged me but due to the last minute nature didn’t transfer the booking to the hotels System! "The hotel is located in the old part of town and you have to drive on what looks like pavement only. But once we had found the hotel and parked underground we did not need the car again for our stay in Logrono which was what we had planned. Logrono old town is a delight, wonderful old buildings everywhere and plenty of places for food and drink. We all really enjoyed our visit and will return again soon."
