"Personalet er meget hjælpsomt og utrolig imødekommende og gjorde alt de kunne for at hjælpe. Både da vi ankom midt om natten pga af aflyste fly og ikke havde fået mad i 12 timer og nattevagten gik i køkkenet og fandt lidt snacks til os og da vores bagage aldrig dukkede op som planlagt fra lufthavnen, var de søde og ringe rundt for at finde ud af hvor bagagen var. "What a beautiful setting for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. It is very close to many beautiful sites such as Gradara, San Marino, and the seaside, yet tucked away in secluded countryside. Staff was discreet, but very helpful. Arriving by car can be a bit confusing - pay close attention to the signs directing you to the hotel."
