"The hotel was perfect for easy access to the Osaka train station. If you take the bridge gate exit from JR lines you can access the hotel through a grid of skyways. Super easy. Lots of good food and such around as well."

"Although the rooms decor and furniture were showing their age and requires upgrade, the room was very clean. the bed and pillow were so comfortable. The smart TV was helpful with Netflix & Prime available. Breakfast is the best I have experienced yet in hotels in Osaka. A very large buffet style selection and large tables with table cloths and silver cutlery. Very nice indeed."

"The front desk staff was super warm and friendly, and really took the time to listen to guests. The hotel is in a fantastic location with super easy access to transit, food, and shopping. The breakfast had tons of variety, and the dining area was spacious and cozy. The room was cozy too, with a split bathroom design and a nice, roomy shower area with zero cramped feeling. Such a great stay—I totally recommend this hotel!"
