"Every staff person we encountered from check in, breakfast, to check out was lovely. This is a family run hotel and the care taken is evident. We were there at a quieter time and they have us a complementary upgrade. The room was fantastic, great views, it was pristinely clean and the bed was comfortable (a king size no less!) "I recently stayed one night at Tetra Retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened and everything was impeccably clean. My room was very spacious, with two twin beds and a private pool at the back, which made for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I also enjoyed an excellent massage during my visit. As the hotel is still new, the sauna and steam room were not yet ready for guests. My only suggestion...
