I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. I was in Brisbane for 28 hours, arriving at 5 am on a red eye flight from Perth, flying to the US the next morning. I dropped my bags at the hotel and took an Uber into town, returning around 3 pm.
