"On Sunday we come down for breakfast at 8:30 and the bar was empty ok it happens but we waited so long to get more gravy,bacon, biscuits, sausage and eggs which was everything on the hot bar. And juice and milk refills we just left and went down the road to Hardee's."

"This place is awesome, we stayed in the Perch, it was perfect, peaceful, we slept great. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, stayed 2 nights, met some wonderful people there. The owners are great. It was the perfect weekend getaway. We've been visiting Chimney Rock for over 60 years. They're starting to get everything back to normal, they're working so hard. Go visit and help support all the wonderful businesses. Hurricane Helene hit them hard almost 2 years ago, go show them some Love!"

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They were thoughtful enough to offer us extra towels and even provided water, which made us feel so well taken care of. What really stood out to us was how accommodating and helpful everyone was. We accidentally left my boyfriend’s pillow behind, and they were kind enough to agree to ship it all the way to us in Florida rather than simply leaving us to figure it out ourselves. That level of kindness and customer service is so rare and really says a lot about the people who run this place. The lodge and cabins made our stay feel comfortable, peaceful, and memorable. We’re so grateful for how warmly we were treated and would absolutely 100% recommend Parkview Lodge & Cabins to anyone visiting Avery County, North Carolina. We would happily stay here again! ❤️"
