I never stay in motels but I was very impressed with the Rock Ledge. The owner takes very good care of the property that dates back to the 1950’s. We got a very clean, quiet room for a good night’s sleep. It’s a Thousand Islands classic.
This was my third visit to this particular establishment. I look forward to returning again soon. Would love it if they 'beefed' up their Continental Breakfast.
My stay was in celebration of my sister's 50th birthday. The hotel was able to get us joining rooms. My niece loved the pool, the beds were super comfy and I liked the pillows too. Everyone in my party really liked the breakfast, the western omelets were so good. I will definitely be booking
with Hamptons Inns from now on.
We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden in, it's basically just off the highway in the middle of a strip mall but you wouldn't know this once you are inside. It's a little oasis in a sea of concrete. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. The staff were very helpful at the front desk and it was a bonus to have a small pool and gym. Visited my son at Fort Drum. Not too far from Post, amenities and Interstate. Nice quaint place that fit the bill for the need. A real Mom-n-Pop type of place that you can't seem to find anymore. I stay at lots of chain hotels that seem very cookie-cutter, this ain't that. Quite charming.
