"Nice hotel to stop by in Hikone ! As we are not used to it, we were surprised to see no bathroom in our room, i think we completely miss this info, but we understood quickly we'll had to go to the onsen to wash ! There was a weird smell in the room, and as well a bit noisy early mornings, but still it was comfy and we slept well. The staff was nice, especially at the restaurant during the Kaiseki dinner to present each food we'll have ! Thanks a lot !"

"El personal fue muy amable, me dieron soporte en cada momento que lo necesité. el lugar está muy cerca de la estación de JR y al rededor hay todo lo necesario, tiendas de conveniencia y diversos restaurantes. (Solo me gustaría que cambiarán la cortina del baño olía un poco extraño y no pude comentarlo en persona, puesto que se me olvidó. Por lo demás, todo estuvo excelente.)"
