"The whole experience was flawless. The property is impeccable down the last blade of grass. Absolutely recommend this place for a stay on the lake. The water access is literally out front for easy on and off boating via their dock. If you’re staying here you also get access to the separate beach club area. The rooms are large and elegant in design staff all super friendly and helpful. We will be back. ."

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. "It's a basic hotel with limited amenities, no fridge in the room. Breakfast was limited but OK. Reception staff, especially Erja were very helpful. The restaurant Riccardo attached to the hotel has very good pizzas and generally good food, even though waiting staff seemed to be fed up most of the time. Since we were here mainly to experience the outdoor scenery the hotel did it's job. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom."

"The staff at Villa Reverie were so helpful and friendly, the environment was very relaxing and everything was beautifully clean. My daughter and I struggled a little for privacy as the shower and toilet are open plan but with a beautiful balcony to relax on, it wasn’t too much of a problem. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend."

"Check in was a challenge. The self service check in which I assume to be automated did not work. It was only through the help of onsite housekeeping staff that i was able to get help and check in. Room was great and stocked well."
