"This hotel was more "western" in the room size and overall expanse. We used the hotel as a base to search neighboring towns for genealogical clues to my fathers relatives. Nice big room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast (and dinner one night). Paid parking was onsite and convenient. The showerhead was in rough shape, but it was the weekend and I guess the maintenance staff wasn't available, as it didn't get fixed. Nonetheless, a perfectly enjoyable hotel stay."

"Poor customer service. I was locked outside wit another guest for 45 minutes. The number and the whatsapp answered but blew us off. It was night time and freezing. Luckily we found a way in. Building door doesn't always work correctly and they customer service as well"

"フロントやロビーが無いため、電話をしない限り鍵が受け取れない為、外に締め出し状態になります。 そしてとても不潔です。４泊しましたが、掃除はゼロ。ベッドに巨大なダニが何匹かいて（恐らく床ダニもいる）全身刺されてしまい、アレルギーを起こして今もなお症状に苦しんでいる状態です。 アメニティはほぼ無く、タオルも臭くて使えませんでした。給湯器は頼んだら持ってきてくれました。 恐らくホテルの支配人ですが、とても親切なのと、トラムの駅のすぐ近くなのが良いところです。"
