"What a fantastic experience from the minute I was greeted to the minute I left. Care and attention to detail were as good as it gets. It is clear that customer care is a top priority. Breakfast was amazing and the daily treats make you feel at home and like someone is thinking of you. I would highly recommend to anyone."

"Everything was clean and in good working order. It is changing over from the Wellfleet Motel. The rooms we stayed in were unchanged but they mentioned they were slowly changing everything over. The outdoor pool is pretty good and overall it is a quiet place to stay."

"Accommodation was beautiful. Amazing friendly and attentive staff, lovely room decor, and a proper homely feel. Well located for visiting the cape. Would stay again!"

"Clean and convenient location. Pool outdoors a bit small for adult lap swims but fine for kids"

"Beautiful spot. Quiet with quaint rooms."

"Very clean and great service. I travel a lot and felt safe there"

"Very clean and comfortable "

"Good"

"Good location in middle of the town, so can walk everywhere. Parking is practical. Swimmingpool is a bit small, but we didn't come for that. Rooms are spacious, clean and practical. We slept well. Breakfast is a bit simple, in terms of variety (mainly bagels and muffins), but at least it was included (unlike other hotels). Would be great if they could have espresso/cappuccino coffee options. As in other smaller places in the US, it is difficult to find those in town."

"The owners and staff were very friendly. The room and breakfast area were both clean. Breakfast was very good."

"Excellent location and the room was stunning! "

"Clean, nice pool/sauna/hot tub, quiet, good location, free breakfast, helpful and friendly staff"

"Orleans location! Moderately comfortable. Could use a bed upgrade. Good value for price"

"Kids loved the pools. Clean rooms and comfortable beds."

"Rooms where newly renovated, pool and jacuzzi were good sized as well as very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was small, good but small."
