No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally. "While it was a little complicated to actually access our room, we were provided lots of directions that helped. Expect to take a little extra time to get yourself into the room. The location was fabulous! We really enjoyed being able to walk to the Parma historic center and could take many different routes back (especially if we wanted to avoid a lot of other tourists).
