"A great property with lovely facilities and modern, clean styling, Wonderful location with the Abbey over the road and a pretty little town full of boutiques and shops a short walk away. Everything you'd need for a homestay style getaway with a well stocked (for utentsils) kitchenette in the room. Only small issue is the front main door needing to be slammed to close properly when people were leaving to go out."

"We booked 2 rooms to celebrate one of the nights of my father’s 90th birthday weekend. The rooms were so beautiful, the bathrooms were enormous , a lovely cream tea was brought up to both of the rooms when we arrived, we then had a lovely dinner and a plate with happy birthday and some cake was delivered to my parents room in the evening. "A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first.
