"Our experience in your hotel was great. Staffs were amazing and kudos to an amazing room service staff named Mariana she is a very great worker and always smiling when doing her Job and she was very helpful during our stay. The attendants at the bar were very helpful with the supply of ice cubes anytime we request for it both day and night. The Air condition was not the best but we asked for a fan and we got one for our room throughout our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was great and the kitchen...

"A lovely place. Unfortunately no food at 6pm on a Sunday. And the noise from the upstairs flat till gone 2:30am made it very difficult to get the sleep I needed for an early start the next day"

"Nice room, very clean and comfy bed. In quite a quite area. There was a heat wave when I stayed and the air conditioning kept my room lovely and cool. Car park right across the road with CCTV and a security guard doing periodic checks. DLR train station a couple of minutes walk away. I would stay here again."

The location is convenient only if your destination is the ExCeL Exhibition Centre, but it is not close to restaurants, attractions, or any interesting areas. The rooms are very small and minimal, and the hotel offers virtually no facilities or amenities. If you’re simply looking for a clean place to sleep near ExCeL, it may be suitable, but don’t expect anything beyond that."

"I've stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions when travelling for work and historically had a positive experience. I'm sorry to report something has clearly gone wrong. Most recently the property was not clean and there was no housekeeping during my stay. I don't think both these criticisms are unreasonable given the room rate charged. I think I'll book elsewhere in future."
