"An outstanding hotel. We're were first time skiers and could not recommend this place enough for making it such an enjoyable experience. The shuttle up to the gondola and ski lockers made life so nice and the food, spa etc were all top notch. Lovely staff and vibe."

Le seul petit problème pour nous qui sommes septuagénaires reste l'accès à la chambre ! Nous trouvons les marches d'escalier de plus en plus hautes à franchir... Surtout avec nos bagages. Dans notre chambre, tout est bien propre mais bien exigu ! Pour Madame, cela convient mais pour Monsieur, une impression de loger dans une maison de poupée !"

"Une chambre propre et simple. Le monsieur à la réception nous a très bien accueillis. En revanche, l’isolation phonique est assez mauvaise : pendant la nuit, on entend facilement le bruit de l’ascenseur. Il n’y a pas de parking privé, il faut se garer soi-même à l’extérieur. Malgré cela, le rapport qualité-prix est très intéressant."

Sur place, la gérante ne trouve pas trace de notre réservation, et pour cause, elle ne l'a pas enregistrée, nius attibut une chambre par defaut, nous affirmant que toutes ses chambres sont identiques, découvrons sur place une petite chambre d une 12 m2 environs ??? Alors que nous avions réservé une chambre familiale beaucoup plus grande ... qui existe bien sur les plans dr l hotel et sur l annonce en ligne. Je ne qualilifierai...
