"There is no staff on site. On returning to our room at 8 PM we could not get the code to work to unlock the door. Finally managed to get it open a half hour later. There is no lotion in the room. No coffee creamer. Noisy trash pick up outside our window at 9:30 PM. The bed was comfortable as well as the sheets."

"There is no Air Conditioning. Request a first-floor room or you will sizzle. We were on floor 5 and it was smoking hot. The beds are soft and old. The room furniture and carpet are very old and weathered. The breakfast was excellent. The pool is nice. The workout room is small but has everything you need (except AC). I'd pay more to get a nicer facility."

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal "

"The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction."
