"This place is perfect for an old Florida stay. The access to the ocean is unbeatable, our room was much larger than expected and always clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive when we needed anything. I booked this not really expecting too much, just something to launch from, and I found myself enjoying slow morning drinking coffee by the ocean, quiet nights on the dock, and enjoying the pool in the day. 10/10 will go back. "

"It has that classic 50's/60's resort kind of appearance, which i loved. It has two rooms (living room/kitchenette and a separate bedroom) which makes it very spacious, and it comes with a large balcony which had really nice views of the edge of the island/causeway. Really great place to fish too, i caught several, (theres even an outdoor RR, to wash your hands, etc). Pretty nice pool as well. Great property, staff and amenities. Would love to come back someday."

"Islander Resort was the perfect resort for a family with kids. The pool has zero entry and no super deep ends, it’s right on the water — there’s a basketball court and mini golf course right off the water, you can easily rent bikes as an amenity and bike around the resort or to other local shops… the list goes on. Islamorada is also family friendly island with lots of things to do— don’t skip Theater of the Sea. The Dolphin show wowed all 3 of the kids. We rented a car and drove from the Villas...

"It is exactly as you would expect from an old fashion keys hotel. Loved it. Good room. Useful kitchen. Nice cold AC so refreshing after being at the beach all day. The beach area on property is very well maintained. The chairs with umbrella is nice. Overall good experience."
