Very convenient to Earl's Court tube in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely garden.

Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and took a chance on a hotel we'd never heard of: the MANDARIN ORIENTAL! Best decision of my life! :) The staff treated her and I like family, being kind, gracious, catering to every need we had, always smiling, and basically treating us like we were the King and Queen. I've never had better service from every single staff member: concierge, check-in, doormen, housekeeping, in-room dining, restaurant...in every facility we used, the Mandarin...

A quiet Knightsbridge area hotel I really liked. The staff was great: Adam showed me to my room, and when I asked where I could print my boarding pass for tomorrow's flight, he printed it for me. The room is smallish, as is case at most London hotels, but easy for 1 adult and not a strain on 2. Bed was excellent. AC functioning perfectly and quietly. And was it quiet! I was able to sleep with window open (room 505-i like to shut off AC at night) without noise! Try that at some other hotels!...

The young staff at the desk were very polite, professional, and engaging. The flat was clean and offered all one would need for quick prep of food. The location is very good, especially if you enjoy the many museum in the area. It was a perfect location for us! The location of our particular flat was in a small side col-de-sac off of Brompton street. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the quiet it provides for sleeping is priceless!!! I recommend it! My only complaint was upon check-out....

Very nice place ,good location, and has 3 full bathrooms for each bedroom which is unusual , plus a half bathroom . Also great little kitchen and living room! Will come back here if ever back in London.

Great, clean, no frills place in a great location and for a good price. The host was fabulous and this will now be our go to location in London.

Small,chic , discreet, impeccable hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge. Rooms are small but very nicely furnished. Service of all staff very professional

Cosy and comfortable. Very convenient to central London, tube and shopping. Good value for money.
