"Great hotel in Arugam Bay but what makes it memorable is Subu and his staff. Every request is quickly dealt with and no matter how busy the are, Subu always has time to have a little chat. The hotel is finishing the renovations so our room was missing a few things but it didn't matter at all because you're just taken by the laid back atmosphere of the place.
