"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice, but didn't have our booking logged and needed to verify with management that we could stay despite having the receipt from Expedia. Overall great experience. "

"Basic comfort for a budget stay in Panajachel, yet clean and nice. Staff was kind and welcoming, basic understanding of English language too."

"Nice place close to restaurants and attractions "

"Friendly staff. Clean room (we stayed in a bedroom with private bathroom). Good internet. Parking off site. Well located. Easy walk to lake front, restaurants and street shopping. Do not quite understand a review we read from a person claiming to have travelled for 7 years and found the hostal one of the worst that she had been! We would certainly recommend this place for future travellers "

"The location was excellent and the hotel restaurant was very good. The staff was also outstanding "

"Friendly staff Fast check-in process Neat and clean areas"

"Good"
