"We had the Thelma room and it had en excellent bed, shower and airco. If you have people upstairs you might hear it as there is a staircase next to the room and a room above. Staff is excellent as well and Tim and the young lady were especially helpful. The valet guy was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff we met. Breakfast is limited in choice but very good in quality."

"Before we even entered the hotel we were greeted & assisted by the valet men, & they was not checking our car in! The whole building is very well kept & the restrooms in the lobby were spotless. The staff was very helpful & patient as the lobby became full because of a small storm. The two complimentary drinks a night, omg top tier! This is now my go to hotel when im traveling to Houston. I Love The Hilton Embassy Downtown Houston !"

"Great gym, clean amenities. Because of construction of Toyota center walking to center of downtown Houston was a challenge and but industrial/active construction zone but overall it was a good price compared to hotels closer. Quiet for working in between conference sessions."
