"Great location right by the case campus. "

"Our stay was excellent, the staff was all very kind and helpful. Traveling with a young child and a dog the hotel was comfortable. We spend a fair amount of time in the common areas at the game room, loved the huge jenga game. Again, the staff was super sweet and willing to go out of their way. Hotel rooms and common areas were all very clean. I wish there would have been some hand sanitizer dispensers in the common areas. Location was comfortable and convenient to Cleveland Clinic - 6-10...

"Good location. Historic hotel but very well kept. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean."

"This hotel is at Cleveland Clinic and allows the closest stay for the best price. The clinic shuttle gets you to and from whichever building your appointment is so if you’re out of state you can arrive the night before an early appointment. Nice friendly staff."

"I thought the instructions and directions for everything were clear and helpful. I was able to gain access to everything fairly easily. The place was nice and quiet, and I had a comfortable stay. Loved the easy access to parking and the Inn. I felt safe and comfortable here as a solo traveler. I would recommend staying here to friends and will stay again in the future."

"Stayed for a concert down town. Was given an upgraded room with points. Amazing location. View was great. Would book again when in Cleveland"

"Everyone was very welcoming upon arrival and throughout my whole 5 day stay. Breakfast was great, the kitchen staff never let anything run out, the tables were always clean and when a huge group checked in for a warm up World Cup game, they handled all the additional people without flinching. The location is right across the street from an outdoor shopping area, which includes a Whole Foods that gave me great fish food options. Highly recommend!!"

"Great location if you plan on hitting the R&R HOF, a Guardians or Cavs game, breweries or a casino. All within a 15 min walk. Parking included was HUGE! I'm not sure that always happens though. Don't remember if I scored a special deal so double check. Very responsive hosts. Would stay again!"
