"A good budget option in the centre of Gangneung. Hotel is clean and room is comfortable if a bit battered. room service was a bit random - only one bath towel for 2 people! - but room was clean and large. Breakfast was somewhat limited (eg no yogurt or pastries) but perfectly serviceable. The hotel is close to an interesting market with good street food, the beach is 20 minutes away by taxi and Ojukheon House ten minutes. Good value for money"

"Stayed 2 nights over the weekend in August. The hotel is old but clean and well maintained. Our room was next to the lift, but it was surprisingly quiet. The room had a styler, which was a nice touch and useful for refreshing our clothes. Breakfast was simple but homely. Parking lots were available, and there were washing and air gun available for beach goers at the carpark. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and we had good nights sleep."

"No service no cleaning had to discard trash ourselves. Overpriced pool usage. Restaurants around only serves raw fish. Room was clean and comfortable and the view was great. Pleasant stay but zero service."
