"Front desk made a mistake at check-in, double charging me for my stay. When I brought it to their attention they “fixed” it by putting the charge on hold until check out with the deposit. They were rude and raised their voice at me when I attempted to get something in writing stating that the money would be refunded to me. The room had ants and the bathtub was broken. "

"Fabulous place! The desk clerk was very helpful, getting set up in the room as well as our weeklong parking plan. We visited the bar and despite not having all the elements for an ordered cocktail, she made something close that was excellent. "

"Omg what a first night we had! We had to change rooms 3 times and we were there on a two night stay. First room the toilet didn’t flush so they changed out room. The second room the couch was sunk in, the room was not clean, the bed had no sheets or pillows with cases. It was a nightmare. We don’t even unpack our things. Front seat said they had no more rooms and that they can give us a plunger or new sheets that we can put on the bed ourselves. The next morning we spoke with the front desk manager and she didn’t really care but she did change our room to a clean working toilet room. We didn’t receive any accommodations but we will not be returning. Oh and the hallway in building A doesn’t smell pleasant. This hotel gives motel!"
