Note on Google maps it goes by its previous name baan suan rim pai. Easy walk from either minibus drop off. Signs for both names are on the street. This is the perfect spot to stay in pai. Clean, quite, comfortable rooms in a tropical setting just steps from everything that makes pai fun. They fill the rooms in the back first so you can't hear the bars and restaurants on the street.
