"Lets start with the broken TPaper holder - like the 3rd time it has been reattached Phone not working -no back up Noisy room all time - a machine of some type is running and vibrating walls Window electric blind not working , will not go up -waiting repair parts Why provide this room with all these issues???? I suggest the Hotel Manger spend a night in the room."

"Started off poorly. Arrived at 1030 pm after doing online check in and providing all necessary documentation. Upon arrival, I still had to provide the documentation that I provided online. They put us in room 306. After getting off a very dirty elevator, we were welcomed by a very smelly hallway - either cigarette or marijuana. I could not tell. Upon arriving into the room, I found a full trash can from previous guests and no sheets on bed with dirty sheets on dresser. I went back down to the front desk. I stood there while attendant ignored me and was writing something (obviously there was a problem as I had just checked in 5 min before). I finally said excuse me sir and he finally acknowledged me. I told him that the room was dirty. No apology or anything, just had another worker find me a different room. We were put into room 326. And while the hallway outside reeked badly, the room didn’t smell. We still had stains on our sheets and the sink was clogged and would fill up quickly. The faucet was also so close to the side of the sink if you wanted to wash your hands, the water got all over the counter. The hallways had piles of trash and they were there the whole time. I would not stay here again!"

"Rumor sufficient for our needs the bathroom was great except the water did not get hot. The staff was super friendly and super helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better staff."

"First, the staff. Super friendly. Actually spoke & said good morning, have a good day. Check in was quick and checkout was super quick. Everything was clean! From the bathroom floors, to the showers, and even the floor around the pool. The tables and chairs in the dining area were spotless. 10/10 will stay again ❤️"

"Bed was clean and comfortable. Loveseat was soiled. The curtain for the shower stall was on a curved rod which made it hang outside of the shower. Had the shower water been more than a trickle, the floor would have been flooded. I did not eat breakfast there because it was crowded, noisy, and the selections not to my taste. "

"The Hotel Morgan was a convenient spot in Morgantown. The property while old, is beautifully maintained and preserved. I would recommend staying there."
